PAYMENT

The following payment methods are available in our shop:

Prepayment

If you choose the payment method in advance, we will give you our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.

PayPal (International)

You pay the invoice amount via the online provider PayPal. In principle, you must be registered there or register first, legitimize with your access data and confirm the payment instructions to us (exception, if applicable, guest access). You'll get more information during the ordering process.

Invoice (only in Germany and only for registered dealers)

Cash payment (only if you pick it up yourself from the Hallbergmoos warehouse after making an appointment)

The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory value added tax and other price components. The prices on the German-language homepage include the statutory VAT (domestic sales and EU countries). In the case of foreign sales (except EU countries), the invoice will be made as a net price. At this point we would like to point out that we reserve the right to change prices. Due to the large number of our suppliers who increase prices with different rates and on different dates, a valid price list simply cannot be maintained over a longer period of time. The price list is also subject to typographical errors, as proofreading is not possible for a limited time.

In Germany you can choose to pay in advance, cash on delivery or PayPal. In countries outside Germany we only accept prepayment or PayPal. Costs of return debits due to incorrect data are borne in full by the customer. A cash sale when collecting the pre-ordered goods from the Hallbergmoos warehouse is only possible with advance notice / appointment.

If you choose the cash on delivery payment method, a transfer fee may have to be paid directly to the deliverer.

Shipping

Deliveries are possible worldwide (if offered in the shop's country selection). The dispatch takes place by DHL, post, train, forwarding agent or personal collection. Postage and freight costs are borne by the customer. The specified shipping fixed prices relate to the weight of the individual item / pair / set and increase according to the number of items. However, no delivery can be made to packing stations.

Please check the total weight of your order and select the appropriate shipping method in the shopping cart for your country. Only the shipping costs of our last sent order confirmation are valid and legally binding for the purchase contract.

Delivery time

Usually dispatched immediately from stock. Delivery time for handmade spare parts: 2-6 weeks. The missing items will be delivered as soon as possible. Due to the large number of my suppliers all over the world, delivery times can sometimes be longer than planned. We ask for your understanding in the event of unavoidable delivery bottlenecks.
