Customer visits to our premises, we await you, but require a prior telephone notification.
Delivery by DHL, Post, railway, carriers or personal collection. Postage and freight costs are charged to the customer. The delivery costs-fixed prices are related to the weight of each article / pair / set and increase accordingly with the quantities. For KAROS-rust-protection and the Mercedes-Ponton calendar we charge the prices of German Post and DHL, the delivery costs which are deposited in the basket as default costs-fixed prices for Lokari products are not charged to the customer.
Articles in our stock generally can be delivered immediately. The missing items are replenished as soon as possible. Due to the large number of our suppliers around the world, it can sometimes lead to longer delivery times than planned. We ask for your understanding for unavoidable shortage of supply.
The rates on the website include the legal German VAT (domestic sales and EU countries). For international sales (excluding EU countries) there are net prices. We would like to mention at this juncture that prices can change. Due to the large number of my suppliers, which increase with different rates and at different dates, a price list for a longer period is not easy to maintain. The price list is also subject to printing errors, as a proof-in time is not possible.
Includes shipping by direct debit, payment in advance or by PayPal. At collection in stock Hallbergmoos payment by check or cash.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The cost of returning goods shall be borne by the purchaser. For custom/special deliveries no right of return. When returning always please enclose copy of the invoice!
Retention of title:
The delivered goods stay our property until full payment.
Information obligation before a dispute arises
The Ponton Manufaktur GmbH does not participate in consumer clearance procedures according to the Consumer Dispute Settlement Act. We do not fall under the criteria, but our customer service is fully guaranteed.
